Gathered & Grounded Events is rooted in connection, intention, and the belief that celebrations should feel both beautiful and meaningful. I’m Caitlin, the heart behind the work, and for more than six years I’ve had the joy of supporting couples through weddings of every size, from seamless wedding coordination to the detailed orchestration for full-service clients.
Creating calm, clarity, and creativity in a process that can feel overwhelming is where I thrive, and it’s an honor to walk alongside each couple as they shape one of the most important days of their lives.​ Sustainability is a big part of who I am and how I live, and it naturally guides the way I plan events. As a compassionate vegan and someone who cares about our planet, I’m committed to creating weddings that are both joyful and mindful of their impact. At Gathered & Grounded, we focus on intentional choices, inclusive celebrations, and crafting events that honor your story while treading a little lighter.
