Do you offer Day-of-Coordination?
Our Calm, Considered Coordination package is our version of "Day-of" or "Month-of" Coordination. Because your day is meaningful to us and has many moving parts, we simply cannot show up on the day without a plan. Our coordination package ensures we are in alignment within 2 months of your wedding date so you can celebrate stress free!
How do you help make our event more sustainable?
For our Coordination and Collaborative planning clients, I see where we can tread lighter in the decisions we have left, such as mindful sources for your personal decor items or rentals. I'm very understanding that many couples come in with their own team of personalized vendors and we honor and respect their choices. For Dedicated, Full service clients, we dive deeper into the vendor and venue selection with sustainable, eco-friendly teams at the forefront.
How much is our investment with you?
Couples typically invest a minimum of $1,800 for coordination and $8,000 for full service planning with our team. In select cases, such as desirable venue locations, off season dates, mirco-weddings or elopements, we're able to offer custom pricing. Get in touch and we'll craft something just for you.
Who will we be working with?
I work completely solo for all weddings I coordinate and plan, with the exception of your wedding day. I work behind the scenes to create your timeline, communicate with vendors, and provide ongoing advice and support. On wedding day, I have an assistant join me to execute your event flawlessly.
Will you set up our decor for us?
Absolutely! Our team is happy to set up and arrange your wedding day decor however you'd like, including pre-made florals, ceremony decor, reception table-scapes, welcome table items, and more. We also pack up all of these items at the end of your event.
Do you take on multiple weddings per weekend?
Typically not. I reserve one wedding per weekend to ensure my attention is fully dedicated to both your ceremony rehearsal and wedding day. There are very few scenarios where I take on two events per weekend, separated by one day, I always share this case with my couples before we book.
