Beginning 2 months before, we step in to tie up the final details and bring everything into alignment. You’ll head into your wedding weekend feeling organized, supported, and fully present - knowing every detail has been thoughtfully handled.

  • 10 hours of on-site coordination with Lead Planner & Assistant, plus a1-hour rehearsal

  • Set up and breakdown of all personal decor

  • Eco-friendly decor recommendations

  • Floral compost or redistribution (if desired)
